Born and raised in a construction family in Santa Barbara, Teresa is an award winning scholar and business professional who brings her experience in business administration to implement industry best practices.
A Los Angeles native who began working at his father’s construction company at a young age building custom homes and being mentored by real craftsmen. With 30 years in the industry, Thomas takes an innovative approach to building and developing projects of all types.
Learning the construction business from his father and grandfather, both Certified Master Builders in Great Brittan, Steve founded Simmonds Builders in 1987 and is the inventor of a unique mobile job clock designed specifically for the construction industry.
Bringing an extra level of customer service to Project Management, Trevor brings expertise in managing day-to-day tasks, coordinating field needs, project scheduling, and leading Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings.
A Los Angeles native raised in the construction industry, Jake is a Project Manager with both field and office experience. He is responsible for working with design teams on finish packages and bidding upcoming projects.
As an Assistant Project Manager, David handles day-to-day tasks including the uploading of RFIs and Submittals into technology data bases and programs for timely team collaboration.
After starting a career in finance in Chicago, Keely relocated back home to work in the industry with top Architects and Designers. She works with the family business in Accounting and Administration.
