Born and raised in a construction family in Santa Barbara, Teresa is an award-winning scholar and business professional who brings her experience in business administration to implement industry best practices.
THOMAS NOROIAN
A Los Angeles native who began working at his father’s construction company at a young age building custom homes and being mentored by real craftsmen. With over three decades in the industry, Thomas takes an innovative approach to building and developing projects of all types.
ANDREW KOLAR
With over ten years experience in museum exhibition production, Andrew obtained a Certificate in Construction Management and joined TNT to work on high-end fast-paced projects that require attention to detail and schedule coordination. His strong organization and communication skills allows him to succeed in working with architects, designers, clients and heads of trades to coordinate and manage projects efficiently.
MARIELY MAXIMO
Mariely joined TNT to grow her career after running the accounting and operations of a smaller construction company. In charge of monthly invoicing, she also assists in day-to-day scheduling of employees and subcontractors to keep projects on track. She has developed expertise in managing
Subcontractor Agreements including schedule of values, AIA billing management, insurance, and confidentiality documents.
LUIS SAUCEDO
After being honorably discharged from the Marine Corps, Luis came straight to the construction industry working in the field alongside all trades. He advanced quickly to overseeing purchases and deliveries while tracking detailed finish schedules. Luis is also in charge of ongoing maintenance and scheduling of heavy equipment, trucks, and tools which ensures each project is properly supported.
JAKE SIMMONS
A Los Angeles native raised in the construction industry, Jake is a Project Manager with both field and office experience. He is responsible for working with design teams on finish packages and bidding upcoming projects.
