VICA
Thirty-One luxury apartments in the heart of Silver Lake, built from the ground up. Contemporary one-, two- and three-bedroom penthouse residences offer sophisticated living and a host of private lifestyle amenities. Ground-floor retail, 2 levels of below-grade parking, pool deck, floor-to-ceiling windows, private patios, and various amenity spaces.
CHALON
Building a beautiful outdoor living and entertainment space with soaring views of lower Mandeville Canyon. Our work consisted of the construction of two 300 LF retaining walls to reinforce a hillside Major site work included 48 caissons reaching up to 50 feet deep, new site walls up to 12 feet tall, slope stabilization, a solid hardscape plan with landscaping.
MULHOLLAND
Situated in an esteemed gated community, this 7,000 square foot estate was updated from Mediterranean to Modern Spanish, bringing together the best of old and new. The timeless-yet-chic style has clean lines, neutral color palettes, layered textures and natural materials.
WINDSOR SQUARE
A gorgeous 1920s Spanish, modernized while still being historically preserved. The home is filled with restored architectural details including wood-beamed ceilings and an expansive view of the pool and rear grounds.
BURBANK WAREHOUSE
Located in the “prop loop” of Los Angeles, this 8,000 square foot warehouse was renovated to become the largest and most beautiful tabletop prop rental house in the area. Custom shelving holds over 30,000 rental items for food and beverage stylists to choose from. Photo shoot spaces were also built utilizing natural light areas and a new outdoor private courtyard.
THE RIDGE
Ten new homes adjacent the Reservoir in Silver Lake. Ridge offers 2 to 3 bedroom homes ranging from 1,630 to 3,060 square feet, with unique layouts designed to maximize views and privacy. Each home was crafted with care and attention to detail reflecting superior quality and workmanship which enhances livability and a sense of place.
EATON TERRACE
A hillside development including 2 acres of site work, construction of a new road, and four new single-family homes on a quiet street in Highland Park. Homes feature three bedrooms above a two-car garage.
ROCKINGHAM
New construction of a 5,000 square foot single-family home located at the center of Brentwood surrounded with sprawling lawn and tall hedges. The traditional home features formal living and dining rooms, a large country kitchen, generous bedrooms and a full size basement.
HOLLYWOOD HILLS
Nestled in the Hollywood Foothills moments from Runyon Canyon, this renovated 1930 Spanish style has an incredible artistic vibe. Directed by one of LA’s top design teams, the single-family home mixes vintage features and details with modern day conveniences.
MAGNOLIA
Estate living in Sherman Oaks. Major site work to the 30,000 SF lot including hardscape, landscape and the addition of a grand pool, cabana and entertainment area. USC
Development of the university’s environmental science campus, The Wrigley Boone Center on Catalina Island. In order to expedite development, six custom homes were built off site and floated across the Pacific Ocean while simultaneously performing site work and other existing structure renovations.

Ritz-Carlton Residences
Located in the heart of vibrant LA Live, a world-class sports and entertainment district, residences start on the 27th floor and rise up to the 52nd floor. Directed by award-winning Interior Design firm, Woodson & Rummerfield, white-glove renovations transformed many of the residences to ultra luxury.

Building a bridge with full structural foundation in order to connect two high-security company buildings required the highest of degree of engineering expertise.
MPEG
A new and fresh facelift to the iconic Motion Picture Editors Guild building on Hollywood’s Sunset Boulevard. Project incorporated a mix of innovative products.
GRIFFON
Tenant Improvement for the investment firm’s brand new headquarters in Manhattan Beach. Work was completed after hours with minimal productivity impact to staff.
SODA CREATIVE
Tenant Improvement on a 1920’s building in prime Downtown Los Angeles Arts District. Involved major structural support work with a creative industrial finish including a backbone infrastructure for secure technology.

Supporting local communities with custom and creative features such as a modern tree house with a pirates look out, interactive water features, and jungle gyms.
