In order to expedite development of the USC Wrigley Boone Center, we built six customs homes off site and floated them across the Pacific Ocean to Catalina Island while simultaneously performing site work.

TNT Simmonds uses standard AIA contracts and documents to protect all parties. You can expect on-time billings, contract buyouts, insurance certificates, releases and schedules. We use the best industry technology and hold weekly Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings to ensure all parties are up to date on plans, RFIs, submittals, and other information critical to keeping the project on budget and schedule.
