This 7,600 square foot two-story building in the heart of Sherman Oaks had to come up to code with structural upgrades and was completely remodeled to create bright office spaces with exposed trussed ceilings, a coffee shop and salon on the ground level, a rooftop deck and a bonus two-bedroom apartment on the backside.
