Development of the university’s environmental science campus, the Wrigley Boone Center on Catalina Island had finished homes floating across the Pacific Ocean. In order to expedite development, six custom homes were built at the San Pedro port while simultaneously performing foundations, site work and other existing structure renovations on the island.
