Highlighting TNT’s hillside building expertise, this residence on Chalon required engineering and construction of two 300-linear foot retaining walls to reinforce a hillside. With 48 caissons reaching up to 50 feet deep, new site walls up to 12 feet tall, and slope stabilization with hardscape and landscape, this home gained an entirely new and usable outdoor space.
